All assessments are completed in draft before leaving the premises, so they can be discussed and explained before leaving.
This ensures that all areas are covered to give you a peace of mind.
All genuine quotas are taken into consideration for pricing and depending on the information provided a best case and worst case pricing is given.
Water
Legionella / Water hygiene risk assessments, Policy Support, Authorising Engineer Services.
Prices vary depending on the system in place. These can start from as little as £100 for a legionella assessment on a small premises.
Each report will have photos taken, basic drawing of the system and recommendations.
Policy reviews and incident investigation support is also available with no conflict of interest. Prices start from £350 per day.
Site H&S Audits
Retainer services starting from £1200 per year or £100 per month with no fixed contract or cancellation periods.
Providing site audits / support for the teams.
The audit will depend on the size of the location and the complexity of the systems for the duration.
A key area is a full debrief for the team being audited and where possible an issues are rectified during the audit.
This is a key part to gain trust with the teams and to ensure they are on the right path.
